Once you schedule your appointment you will receive intake forms that can be completed using any connected device through HIPAA-compliant online portal. We value your privacy and your information is 100% confidential.

Talk to Our Marijuana Doctor
About 10 minutes before your appointment time we recommend that you link on the telemedicine link you will receive by text and email so you can be ready to see the doctor. The appointment can be conducted through your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Submit your certificate.
After you are approved for medical marijuana by our physician all that is left to do is submit the medical cannabis certificate you received from our marijuana doctor to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

Receive your card!
Once the state processes your application you will receive your medical marijuana card
